1、 Electric vehicle helmet Manufacturer's sample development process
Receive and analyze the sample data - prepare the sample list and distribute it to the factory sample team for production inspection - check the sample quality of electric vehicle helmets - preliminarily prepare the specification table
2. Specific methods and regulations for sample development
1. The PE section specification engineer is the window for the headquarters to contact the factory, business department and customers, and plays a leading role in the headquarters, Undertake the development of all old products.
2. Sample development method
2.1. When receiving the sample demand data from the Business Department or customers, the specification engineer shall review its feasibility and reply to the planned delivery date together with the section head; If the sample structure is unreasonable or the data is incorrect, the relevant salesperson should be informed in a timely manner: if feasible, the correct sample manufacturing order and countersign or the scheduled delivery date of customer samples should be formulated within 8 hours.
2.2. Issuance of sample manufacturing order, terms and other requirements:
When the business department or customer requests samples (including complete helmets or accessories) in written data, a sample list shall be issued. It must be formulated according to the requirements of the Business Department or by reference to the old sample manufacturing order. The content must be complete and clear, and it is not necessary to write the same as the previous or the same practice. Try to be clear and not ambiguous. For example, the color, texture, thickness, width, length and material of the drawstring must be stated, and must be filled in according to the requirements of the company's material specification table. If the pattern and sticker number are indicated.
2.3 After the specification engineer has prepared the sample manufacturing order, he should check and confirm that there is no error before submitting it to the section head for review. Finally, distribute the qualified sample manufacturing order to the parts recognition section and the document management center. The parts recognition section shall reply to the specification engineer within 8 hours about the new material status or the completion date (in case of emergency, reply immediately).
2.4. The sample list must indicate whether each material is new or old (in principle, all materials that are released for production are new materials). For new materials or new molds, the specification engineer should fill in the development operation notice to the parts recognition section. The customer name, order number, model, precautions, etc. shall be indicated in the development operation book.
2.5. The specification engineer should be able to go to the site to check the printing/blistering and other processes together with the proofing engineer to ensure the correctness of the materials for the new model samples, especially the samples of A-level customers. After the complete helmet assembly, the specification engineer and the business should conduct the final quality inspection on the samples in combination with the customer data and the sample list, fill in the sample checklist, and the samples can be sent by the business after confirmation.
2.6. After sending the samples, the specification engineer must input the complete sample data into the server the next day, print the original sample list and picture BOM, and then submit them to the file management for storage. The picture BOM should include patterns/EPS groups/regulators/stickers/strap groups/other plastic parts/linings/etc. The snow cap should also include ears, the motorcycle helmet should have a mask, and labels! Packaging information..
2.7. The specification engineer shall actively track whether the sent samples have been confirmed by the customer or need to be re sampled, and then handle according to the actual situation until the customer approves. Special attention shall be paid to the preparation of the sample sheet number of the sample manufacturing order in the form of version change when the customer requests for re proofing, and special instructions shall be given on how to modify it.
2.8. During the development of electric vehicle helmet manufacturers, the product data, including the sample list, should be kept uniformly by customers and models, and should not be stored or discarded without permission (after the completion of the development case, it should be submitted to the file management for filing). The storage life of the sample list is 3 years, and if it is overdue, it will be reported for destruction.
