1. Development of new materials
1. After receiving the specification engineer's development operation book and the customer's file, evaluate the feasibility of proofing within 4 hours. If feasible, notify the corresponding manufacturer to arrange proofing within 8 hours.
2. If the proofing involves costs, the manufacturer is required to give a written feedback within 8 hours after receiving the proofing notice, and then the proofing engineer will notify the corresponding specification engineer to transfer it to the business.
3. The proofing engineer must take the time to check the development of new materials on site, especially the new pattern development for A-level guests, and must check each process of printing/sucking/cutting on site to ensure the accuracy
4. After the proofing materials are returned, the proofing engineer must take the file or physical inspection in advance before they can be transferred to the specification engineer. If any abnormality in delivery date or quality is found, it must be reported to the section head at the first time and the relevant specification engineer must be notified. If necessary, the section head should report to the supervisor.
5. If repeated proofing is required due to the manufacturer's error, the proofing engineer shall issue a sample improvement notice, which shall be sent to the relevant manufacturer after being signed by the supervisor and required to be improved within the specified time
6. After the new material has completed the proofing, the proofing engineer should take the initiative to remind the specification engineer to provide confirmation information to prepare for sample signing. After receiving the written notice of sample signing from the specification engineer, the sample signing must be completed within 1-2 working days. The sample signing must be provided to the factory and the manufacturer at the same time, and a set of copies must be kept by himself. The signboard to the manufacturer must be signed by the manufacturer.
7. Pay attention to the test requirements of various materials, such as baking/freezing/soaking test in stickers and various chemical test requirements of customers. 8. If a few guests can not provide plane files, the section head shall arrange the proofing engineer to draw their own drafts.
9. The proofing engineer is encouraged to design files or develop creative materials by himself, instead of simply following the customer's files. If the files or products involved are adopted by the customer, the company will give certain rewards.
10. New material proofing
In the new proofing, the dyeing fee should be considered for the cloth. The customer's order quantity and the number of yards used should also consider the MOQ of other materials in the new proofing
11. New sample development and workflow
The specification personnel shall fill in the development operation manual and attach relevant pictures and data
The developer reviews the feasibility of the requirements of the operation manual and relevant data
Establish corresponding material name list
Understand the customer's development requirements for this material
According to the customer's original files and requirements, make the final plane renderings for customer confirmation
Arrange the supplier to sample and quote
Establish material development schedule and follow up
Receive samples and check
Send samples to customers and track the results
Tear the sample materials according to the customer's confirmation information, and update the details
Issue the material confirmation and physical samples to the relevant departments, and then the electric vehicle helmet manufacturer will conduct mass production after release
