However, there are many kinds of helmets on the market, and the price is very high. What kind of helmet is suitable for you? That's what I want to say today.

At present, ordinary helmets are mainly divided into full helmets, 3/4 helmets, uncovered helmets, half helmets and pull helmets（ Off-road helmet ）。                                                                          

Full helmet

Full helmet is one of the better protective abilities. It is used by large motorcycle events and high-end players. It can cover all parts of the head, including the chin, providing all-round protection.

The performance of the helmet has also been aerodynamically designed. When driving at high speed, it can provide better airflow along with the body streamline. At the same time, it can dissipate heat and ventilate through the set airway, bringing better comfort.

The disadvantage is that it is troublesome to wear glasses. Without glasses holders, it is very unfriendly to cheap knights who rely heavily on glasses.

3/4 helmet

Compared with full helmets, 3/4 helmets lack jaw protection, and some models of masks (windshield) will be omitted.

3/4 helmets can provide face ventilation and comfort. Because they are very similar to early pilot helmets, 3/4 helmets also have many advantages in improving strength.

However, about 30% of motorcycle accidents will fall on the chin, so 3/4 helmet protection is not very comprehensive.

Exposed helmet

The uncovered helmet can be understood as a variant of the full helmet. When the mask needs to be worn, it can be turned up through the joint for easy removal and wearing. It can be lifted and ventilated at low speed, and it is full face when closed. Of course, the structural strength will be affected, but the difference will not be too big.

Smooth helmets are more common when cavalry need to wear them for a long time, such as long-distance riding or mounted police. You don't have to take off your helmet, smoke when you take it off~

cross-country

Off-road helmet It is a special helmet used on special roads and has little significance for ordinary road conditions.

The off-road helmet adds chin protection on the basis of the full helmet, and has a brim on the forehead to block dust and sunlight. It may not be ventilated with an eye mask, so additional goggles are required. The wind resistance is quite high. It is usually only used for off-road vehicles. In the famous Dakar Rally, motorcycles wear helmets.
