1、 Strictly abide by the price laws, regulations and policies such as the Price Law of the People's Republic of China, the Provisions on Practically Marking the Price of Kimono, and the Provisions on Prohibiting Price Fraud, effectively strengthen price self-discipline management, consciously enhance social responsibility, and maintain a good market price order.

2、 When selling goods and providing services, they should consciously and clearly mark prices according to law. The contents of the price shall be true, clear and eye-catching. No price increase or bundling of goods shall be allowed. No fees not marked shall be charged. No tying of goods or services against the wishes of consumers or other unreasonable conditions shall be allowed.

3、 They shall not collude with each other, manipulate market prices, restrict production and sales volumes, divide the market, or harm the legitimate rights and interests of other business operators or consumers.

4、 It is not allowed to fabricate or disseminate price rise information, disrupt the market price order, and promote the commodity prices to rise too fast or too high.

5、 Except for production and self use, it shall not exceed the normal storage quantity or storage cycle, and shall hoard a large number of commodities with tight market supply and abnormal price fluctuations, so as to drive commodity prices to rise too fast or too high.

6、 It is not allowed to use false or misleading price means (such as fabricating the original price, false preferential discounts, failure to fulfill price commitments, etc.) to induce consumers or other business operators to trade with them.

7、 There shall be no other acts of unfair pricing prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

Market supervision departments at all levels will strengthen the supervision of helmet prices, timely accept price complaints and reports from the masses, and investigate and deal with all kinds of price violations according to law. If it is verified that there are price violations such as hoarding, fabricating and spreading price increase information, driving up prices, colluding with price increases, and price fraud, it will be punished according to law; If it seriously disturbs the market order and constitutes a crime, it shall be transferred to the public security organ for investigation of criminal responsibility according to law.
