Article 70 When driving a bicycle, electric bicycle or tricycle across a motorway on a road section, the driver shall get off the vehicle and push it. If there are crosswalks or pedestrian crossing facilities, the driver shall pass through the crosswalks or pedestrian crossing facilities; If there is no crosswalk, no pedestrian crossing facilities, or it is inconvenient to use pedestrian crossing facilities, go straight through after confirming safety.

Non motor vehicles that cannot drive in the lane because the non motor vehicle lane is occupied can borrow the adjacent motor vehicle lane in the blocked road section and quickly drive back to the non motor vehicle lane after passing the occupied road section. In this case, the motor vehicle should slow down and give way.

Article 72 Driving bicycles, tricycles, electric bicycles and disabled motorized wheelchairs on the road shall comply with the following provisions:

（1） Driving a bicycle or tricycle must be at least 12 years old;

（2） Driving electric bicycles and disabled motorized wheelchairs must be at least 16 years old;

（3） Do not drive drunk;

（4） Before turning, slow down, stretch out your hand, and do not turn suddenly. When overtaking the vehicle in front, do not hinder the passing vehicle;

（5） It is not allowed to pull, climb or support vehicles or be pulled by other vehicles, and it is not allowed to leave the handle with both hands or hold objects in their hands;

（6） It is not allowed to hold the body in parallel, chase each other or race in twists and turns;

（7） It is not allowed to ride a unicycle or a bicycle with more than two people on the road;

（8） People who are not disabled in lower limbs are not allowed to drive disabled motorized wheelchairs;

（9） Bicycles and tricycles shall not be equipped with power devices;

（10） Do not learn to drive non motor vehicles on the road
