Some time ago, the country launched the "One Helmet Belt" rectification action, and people rushed to buy helmets, causing a wave of helmet price boom. Later, it was found that in the "One Helmet and One Belt" action, "One Helmet" refers to a motorcycle helmet rather than an electric two wheeled vehicle, and "One Belt" refers to the seat belt of a car. Therefore, many friends who ride electric bikes still don't wear helmets when they go on the road. In fact, this is very dangerous behavior.
As an important item to protect the head, helmet should be worn at all times during daily riding. As there are no other safety protection measures for electric vehicles, the helmet is the last line of defense for the car owner. No matter for himself or his family, safety protection should be done well.
In response to this problem, the State is also taking action. On June 19, the National Standards Committee issued a notice to publicly solicit opinions on the proposed project of Motorcycle and Electric Bicycle Passenger Helmets, and clearly stipulated that this standard is a mandatory national standard!
It can be seen from the national standard information public service platform that this helmet standard is not in the charge of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, but directly under the charge of the Ministry of Public Security, which shows the importance of this mandatory standard!
In addition, the notice further emphasized the statement that "motorcycles must be equipped with safety helmets when leaving the factory".
Ministry of Industry and Information Technology In October 2014, the Ministry of Public Security jointly issued the Notice on Strengthening the Management of the Production and Registration of Small and Micro vans and Motorcycles (MIBLY [2014] No. 453), which stipulates that "from November 1, 2014, all new two wheeled motorcycle products should be equipped with safety helmets that meet the national standards. Those not equipped with safety helmets as required should not be sold out of the factory."
It can be seen from this that the state has made great efforts to improve travel safety. In addition, the notice has emphasized the importance of electric bicycle helmets as never before, and clearly stated that it is necessary to enforce helmet wearing nationwide!
Life safety is not a joke. Wearing a helmet is for everyone's life safety. Don't think wearing a helmet is a troublesome thing, or try not to wear a helmet when the weather is too hot.
A large number of living examples tell us that in the event of a traffic accident, the death rate of people who do not wear helmets is much higher than that of those who wear helmets. Therefore, please wear helmets when riding.
Attention should be paid to the driving safety of electric vehicles, and daily maintenance of electric vehicles should also be carried out. Especially for the battery part of electric vehicles, good charging habits can extend the service life of electric vehicle batteries.
Usually, do not pull the electric wire privately or push the electric vehicle into the room for charging. These are very dangerous behaviors. It is recommended to charge the electric vehicle at a centralized charging place in the community (such as an intelligent charging pile), which is safer.
