Recently, the traffic management department of Lingao County set up points at major traffic intersections in the county proper to educate and punish traffic violations such as driving motorcycles and electric vehicles without helmets.

Wang Cheng, the leader of Lincheng Squadron of Traffic Control Brigade of Lingao County Public Security Bureau, said that from June 2019, Lingao County has vigorously carried out a safety helmet rectification campaign against people driving motorcycles and electric vehicles in the whole county. Anyone who does not wear a safety helmet when driving motorcycles and electric vehicles will be educated and punished once checked.

In the near future, the traffic police in Lingao County will continue to strengthen the investigation and punishment of the traffic violations of riding motorcycles and electric bicycles without safety helmets, and remind the majority of owners to wear safety helmets consciously when riding motorcycles and electric bicycles through law enforcement actions to strengthen their safety awareness and ensure safe travel.
