In view of the characteristics of products in this industry, this standard does not specify the inspection category, but only the relevant basic requirements, which are the minimum requirements for various inspections of enterprises or national supervision and inspection. On this basis, the enterprise must, according to the situation of the enterprise and its products, make specific inspection provisions in the enterprise standards for the inspection categories, items and other relevant sampling plans.

Helmet (Full helmets or half helmets) The helmets with the same structure, materials, specifications and dimensions are of one variety, and 2000 helmets of each variety are of one inspection lot (the shortage is counted as one lot). Six helmets are sampled from each lot. Random sampling is adopted, and sampling occasions are not limited.

1. In the inspection of sample helmet, if a single index of a performance is unqualified, the inspection batch of products will be judged as unqualified.

2 When the inspection lot is judged as unqualified, the product can be improved and submitted for the second inspection; However, the number of helmets sampled was twice that of the first time. If the second inspection is still unqualified, the batch of products will be judged as unqualified.

1 Sign

Each helmet shall have the following permanent marks

a) Product name;

b) Name and address of the manufacturer; c) Trademark;

d) Product category;

e) Product model and specification;

f) Production date, product batch number or serial number; g) Product production license number;

h) Conformity mark.

2 Packaging, transportation and storage

2.1 The packaging box of Guangzhou products shall be marked with relevant marks specified in 8.1.

2.2 During transportation and storage, the product shall be marked to prevent collision, moisture and erosion of organic chemicals

2.3 The product manual in Chinese shall be attached, and at least the following points shall be stated:

a) Buyers should be reminded to select qualified helmets suitable for their head size;

b) Ties must be fastened when using; And six

c) If the helmet has had a major impact accident, it should be stopped or sent to the factory for identification;

D Pay attention to storage, do not use corrosive solvents to scrub the helmet surface, and do not hit the helmet;

e) The service life is proposed by the factory according to the product conditions.
