1、 Shell making

The polycarbonate helmet shell is made of copolymer resin material, which has better impact resistance and heat resistance than ABS resin. From injection molding to molding, each helmet mold takes about 60 seconds.

2、 Cap core production

With EPS helmet fabric, EPS is not only cheap and light, but also has good head care information. In fact, one of the differences between an ordinary helmet and a good helmet is the quality of poly. For example, some helmet manufacturers use the same polyethylene propylene material to make the entire fabric, and some specially develop polyethylene propylene fabrics with different thickness, strength and shape for use and shape. After the helmet fabric mold is formed, there will be many holes and channels on the helmet mold, which is intended to play the role of heat dissipation, drainage, pressure relief, etc.

3、 Grinding and coating treatment

Some manufacturers adopt mechanized technology for helmet grinding process, and some still maintain manual means for processing. After surface treatment, the helmet will be painted and decorated. These stickers will be planned and printed by computer and pasted manually. After Z, the helmet is basically finished after polishing.

4、 Assembly and packaging

After completing the helmet process, the electric vehicle helmet manufacturer will assemble the helmet accessories, conduct random sampling inspection and complete the packaging, and all processes will be completed.
